Cody has practiced as a fitness trainer in various gyms here in Maine, and has enjoyed working with various types of clientele. Ranging from college to youth athletes to older customers and orthopedic patients. Most recently, he has trained clients at his massage practice in Camden, and at client’s homes.
Cody earned his BS in Kinesiology, with a Concentration in Exercise from UMaine. He has also held multiple exercise certifications. As of late, he is studying for certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Originally from Camden, Cody has lived most of his life in Maine. He has played many sports such as lacrosse, soccer, golf, and tennis. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing.

Join us for a morning workout to get your day started! A fun, upbeat full-body workout that combines Pilates-inspired sculpting with bursts of HIIT. Using light weights and a mix of props like balls, blocks, and resistance bands, we’ll build strength, improve balance, and get your heart rate up—all to energizing music.
