Pre-Registrations
Except for our Public Skates, we ask that you pre-register for all programs before coming in to participate. This is partially to allow us to know who to expect in the building and who to call in the rare case that a program has to be cancelled, but also because there is often more demand for our programs than we have space. Preregistering ensures you have a spot before you come in to play.
Facility Waiver
A waiver must be signed each year for everyone participating in any activity in our building. Facility Waivers are digital and are connected to your CourtReserve account. If you are a guest dropping in for a court rental or fitness day pass, you will be asked to sign a guest waiver when you check in at the front desk.
Payment
All programs must be paid for at the time of registration. Lessons must be paid for before heading out onto the court or the ice.
Cancellation Policy
Daily Programs, lessons, and rentals must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or to not be charged. For programs and rental cancellations, please contact the Front Desk. For lesson cancellations, please contact your pro directly!
For week, month long, or 6-week program registrations, such as our Youth Summer Tennis camps and Learn to Play programs, cancellations must be done at least a week in advance to receive a refund.
If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact our Tennis or Arena Directors, Seth Meyer and Jesse Simko, to explain your situation and exceptions may be made.
As there are often more people wanting to get in to a program than we have space, we do ask that you still call to cancel your registration even if you will not be receiving a refund, so that we can call the next person on the waitlist!
Summer Camp Cancellation Policy
The $50 of the registration fee is non-refundable. Cancellation received at least 14 days (two weeks) prior to the start of the program will receive a refund minus the $50 registration deposit. Cancellation received within 14 days (two weeks) of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
Program fees are not refundable due to illness, injury, homesickness, behavioral issues, weather, or voluntary withdrawal after the program has begun.
To cancel a registration, please contact Hannah Wincklhofer at hannah.wincklhofer@midcoastrec.org.
Waitlist
If a program is full, you may opt to be put on a waitlist. You will not be charged for the program unless/until you make it off the waitlist and into the program. We ask that you do not show up for your program unless you have received a call confirming that there is a spot for you.
Financial Aid
As part of our commitment to promoting healthy living and the building of communities in our area through sport, fitness, and recreational activities, MRC offers financial assistance for anyone wanting to participate in programs and activities here. We believe that no one's access to sports and fitness programs should be limited by their ability to pay. Fill out our Financial Aid form here.

While MRC hosts and teaches Adult Ed programs for the Camden High School, registration for these programs cannot be done through MRC and must be done through the CHRHS Adult Ed. If the description of the program states that registration cannot be done online, this means that you must call or visit the CHRHS Adult Ed offices.
