Tim was born and raised on the North Shore of Massachusetts, graduating from Hamilton-Wenham Regional HS in 1974. He Graduated from Bowdoin College in 1978 (BA, Mathematics) and spent his entire professional career (June, 1978 – March, 2019) with the Andover Companies, Andover, Mass. Tim founded flag football program in Hampton, NH, c. 2000, which is still thriving, as well as serving 15 years on the Hampton, NH Parks and Recreation Advisory Council, most of which as Chairman.

Tim moved to Rockport, Maine in April 2019, with his wife Deena, who is a Camden native. Tim has a daughter Haley, and a son Jeff, along with two “bonus daughters”, Jamie and Kayla (step daughters). He has volunteered since June 2019 for the Development Office of the Knox County Homeless Coalition. Tim enjoys all sports, travel, researching his 200 year old farmhouse, working out/hanging out at MRC, and trying to avoid injuries so he can continue to improve at pickleball.
