Senior Movement Class
Tuesday: 11:00 - 11:45 am
Location: MRC's Fitness Studio
This gentle movement and stretch class is tailored for the older population. The focus of class will be on movement, balance, strength and flexibility to assist you in living your every day life stronger. Betsy Kingsley will lead you in a high energy class that will keep you moving and having fun at the same time. Call 236.9400 to sign up and reserve your spot. Class size is limited to 12.

As Summer comes to an end we have updated, and increased, our program offerings! Find program details throughout the website.
Our Tennis Programs are now set as MONTHLY sessions– no more random dates to remember! For September, our Adult Tennis Programs begin 9/8 and our Junior Tennis Programs begin 9/15. After September, our new sessions start at the beginning of each month.
Our Fitness Programs follow the same, MONTHLY, schedule.
The Arena is getting prepped for ice. Get ready to dust your skates off and join us mid-September!
- Our Learn To Skate Programs begin on 9/17. Session dates are: 9/17-10/25 & 10/29-12/13 (*No programs will be held 11/26 or 11/29).
- Pickup Hockey restarts on 9/17!
- MCSA Programs begin on 9/29 and continue until 3/13/15.
- Atoms Program sessions dates are: 9/29-11/21, 11/24-1/16/15, &1/19-3/13.
- Women’s Hockey picks back up on 10/19 and continues until 2/22/15.
