This gentle movement and stretch class is tailored for the older population. The focus of class will be on movement, balance, strength and flexibility to assist you in living your every day life stronger. Betsy Kingsley will lead you in a high energy class that will keep you moving and having fun at the same time and it is all FREE!

All American athlete Thor Emory teams up with Betsy Kingsley this spring to bring a brand new SUP conditioning class to MRC. This class is for the current or future paddler  who wants to learn proper Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Boarding technique, while strengthening your core muscles and perfecting your balance.  Thor Emory, is a Stand Up pioneer in New England and is one of the top racers in the region.
