Bruins Academy Learn to Play Hockey
Fridays, October 4th-25th
5:00-6:00pm
The Bruins Academy Learn to Play hockey program returns to MRC this October!!
The Bruins Academy is for children ages 5 to 9 who have not been registered on an 8U hockey team and have not participated in this program before. For $199, your child receives a full set of hockey gear, professional gear fitting, and four on-ice training sessions led by certified coaches!
This program will be held on Fridays at 5pm on October 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th. Registration is already open for the Bruins Academy, visit the Learn to Play website by clicking the "More Info" button below, and following the "Register Here" button on the next page.

Zombie Late Night Skate
Friday, August 30th
6:30-8:30pm
It's time to answer the age-old question: can the Undead roller skate?? Join us this Friday, August 30th, for the FINAL roller skating event of the summer, the Zombie themed Late Night Skate, and help us find the answer!
Roller skating public skates will continue until September 14th, but the Zombie Late Night Skate will be the last roller skating late night skate of the season.
Tickets are $10 per person, includes skate rentals, and can be purchased at the door the night of the event. Protective gear, such as helmets and knee pads, are highly recommended but not required. MRC does not have any protective gear available to borrow at this time.

Multi-Sport Summer Camp
June-August
1:00-5:00pm
While the ice is out, MRC's Arena offers a multi-sport afternoon summer camp to help keep kids active during the summer! These week long camps will include a variety of activities, including Street Hockey, Kickball, Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, and more!
Financial assistance may be available! Contact out Front Desk for an application BEFORE registering to apply.

"The Realtor Cup" pickleball fundraising tournament

Midcoast Board of Realtors- Pen Bay Council is hosting a Pickleball Fundraising Tournament "THE REALTOR CUP" on Saturday, October 5th here at MRC. No one is more aware of the housing crisis we are facing in Maine right now than our realtor community. They are committed to making sure everyone has a home that they can feel safe in and are proud of. All proceeds from this tournament will be donated to four affordable housing organizations right here in the midcoast area:
Habitat for Humanity, New Hope Midcoast, Area Interfaith Outreach (AIO), and Home Help Hope.
The tournament will be held at MRC. There are four divisions: 3.5 & under Womens' Doubles, 3.5 & under Mens' Doubles, 3.75 & above Womens' Double, and 3.75 & above Mens' Double. Only 10 teams in each division so sign your team up today to get your slot. Have fun while helping your neighbors achieve their dream!!
