Circuit Training Class
This fast-paced class will lead you through a circuit using a combination of strength and cardio exercises. Classes will work around the Life Fitness Synergy Functional Trainer and use body weight, medicine balls, tubing and TRX equipment. Sure to make you sweat!

Betsy will challenge you with core strengthening exercises followed by strengthening using the TRX system. Betsy is a TRX Certified Instructor

Get in shape for the ski season with a fun, fast paced workout to get the legs and core in shape to hit the slopes.

A fun class that focuses on the balance and core strength used for tennis, golf, hockey, soccer and baseball. This class will include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that will condition athletes of any level. *Not held: 1/1

Total Body Conditioning
Burn calories, build strength, and get fit! This circuit style class efficiently combines cardio, strength, endurance,
flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination as you move through a series of stations designed to get you moving and elevate your heart rate for a total body workout. Total Body Conditioning is an adaptable fitness offering for the beginner, intermediate, and even more advanced individuals.

This class tears away from the stereotypical Boot Camp structure that has taken over the fitness world, and breaks it down into a workout that accomplishes the same exact thing, but has less risk of injury, easier on those joints, and you’re not rushed to accomplish something for time. A fusion of traditional strength training, yoga and pilates exercises will help you shed those pounds you have been looking to leave behind,
strengthen your body, and leave you feeling good.
Fridays 6:30-7:30 am $12 per class $10 per class for prepaid month Instructor: Holly
This class will push and inspire you to work your hardest each time you walk through the door. SWEAT is a high energy, high intensity workout that incorporates both strength and cardio. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an effective way to burn calories, tone the body, and boost metabolism. SWEAT focuses on full body weight exercises such as: push ups, planks, lunges, burpees, pull ups, squats, and running/jogging. This class also uses the TRX suspension trainer, free weights, gliding discs, medicine balls, etc. You’ll never do the same workout twice! Come get your SWEAT on! *Currently only held on 1/3 & 1/10.

TRX/Pilates Fusion Class
Warm up with Pilates Mat class and then get stronger using the TRX system and the core awareness from the Pilates work. This class is for all levels of fitness and will get you stronger. Betsy is a TRX Certified Instructor and Jen Crane is a trained Pilates Instructor.
