$5 Day Pass
Automatic Monthly Billing
Our membership is a recurring automatic monthly draft membership. This requires either a credit card or a direct withdrawal from a debit account. When you begin your membership, we will pro-rate the charge. This means that if you begin on the 15th of the month you will only be charged from the 15th until the end of the month for that billing cycle. The monthly draft will be taken on the 1st of every month.
Annual memberships can be paid in full at the time of registration. Cash, check, or credit/debit card may be used to pay for annual memberships.
Termination/Cancellation of Membership
If you would like to terminate/cancel your membership, we require 30 days written notice. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Putting a Membership on Hold
If you would like to put your membership on hold for any reason, the 30 days written notice is still required. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason and the date that you would like to put your membership on hold.
Code of Conduct
MRC reserves the right to terminate any member that does not demonstrate the proper behavior, proper use of equipment, and respect for others. This includes but is not limited to:
* Proper gym attire including shirt and clean shoes on at all times
* The use of headphones when playing music
* Return equipment to the proper location
* Wipe down equipment after use
* Report any damage or misuse to the Front Desk
Required Documents for Anyone Using the Gym
In order to use our facility, every participant has to have a current waiver filled out as well as an automatic draft form. These forms can be found at our Front Desk.
Day Pass Participants: will need a current waiver on file. If the participant is a minor, a parent will have to fill out the waiver. The waiver can be found at our Front Desk or on the front page labeled facility waiver.
