Nina Christie

I live in Rockport Maine with my husband and four children. Fitness and nutrition have always been a passion of mine and I’m currently working on my personal training certification through ACE (American Council on Exercise). I enjoy small group and one on one training sessions.

Chris Nickerson

Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and integrates a unique approach to designing individualized and progressive cardiovascular, mobility, core, and strength training exercise programs to help his clients reach their fitness goals. Chris believes that exercise should be fun and exciting and tries to instill his passion for fitness into every workout.

 

When not in the gym, Chris focuses most of his spare time on graduate school and his pet greyhound, but also enjoys hiking, water fitness, SUP boarding, cycling, and living an overall active and healthy lifestyle. Let your goals become his goals!

MRC Offers personal training services for strength and resistance training, cardio, post-rehabilitation exercise, and weight loss. We also offer training services for groups, athletic groups and individuals with chronic diseases. Our personal training services offer something for everyone from teens through seniors. 

Rates for one on one training $50 per hour or $30 per half hour. Contact the individual trainer for rates.
