Learn how to generate energy in your own body wit the Makko Ho Stretch Sequence. This simple 6 stretch sequence is easy to remember and activates the energy flow in all 12 meridian energy systems developed by Shiatsu Master Shizuto Masunaga.
Jenni Lyn Cooper, of Bodhi- Time Bodyworks will show you how to gain better balance in your body, mind, and spirit by stimulating the meridian energy lines through a short, simple routine. The goal is the be able to remember this sequence when you go home and make it easy to incorporate this energizing flow into your daily life.
One of the many benefits of the Makko Ho is to help you feel the state of balance and flow in your body. Depenging on the degree of ease and flexibility you experience with each stretch, you can learn a lot about your body both structurally and psychologically. It truly is a self actualization process.
Participants should bring a blanket or towel to roll up and a firm pillow. Dress in loose comfortable clothing.
Jenni Lyn Cooper, of Bodhi- Time Bodyworks has been in the Midcoast for 35 years. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Thai Massage Educator. Her bodywork at Bodhi- Time Bodyworks in ROckport incorporates Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Medi- Cupping, and Swedish Massage Therapy and she teaches the Makko Ho Stretch sequence to clients. She recently attended the International Fascia Congress in Berlin, Germany, and brings a wealth of information and experience to body and fascia awareness to help people create their own Bodhi- Time for better health and mobility.
